Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You have booked the sauna for two hours - 20 minute warm up plus 100 minute sauna. At the start of your booking, please enter the sauna and turn the left hand dial clockwise to maximum (approximately nine o'clock) AND set the right hand dial to the middle (approximately 12 o'clock, clockwise). The right hand dial turns the sauna on and is a timer. The left hand dial is the temperature setting. The sauna should take about 15 to 20 minutes to reach temperature. You will need to turn the timer again during your 90 minute session. When you leave please turn the right hand temperature dial to minimum (nine o'clock, anticlockwise) when you leave. The sauna will turn itself off once you have left. Our sauna does not have a shower or plunge pool due to environmental restrictions. To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours prior to the booking. Sauna Booking – Terms & Conditions By booking the sauna, you agree to the following terms: Sauna use is available to Fell Farm Hideaway guests only, booked in 2-hour private sessions. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons. Children under 16 are not permitted. Use is entirely at your own risk. Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, unwell, have heart or medical conditions, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Always shower before use, sit on a towel, and keep well hydrated. No food, glass, oils, or substances are permitted inside the sauna. NEVER touch the sauna unit or stones as they could cause serious harm due to temperature. They could still be hot from a previous booking. Please use the sauna responsibly and leave it clean and tidy at the end of your session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked session are non-refundable. Fell Farm Hideaway accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse or failure to follow these terms. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms.
